Asian Hotels (West) (AHW), one of the three companies demerged from Asian Hotels, expects to list its shares on BSE and NSE in the next week or so, according to a media report. “We have got approval from BSE and NSE and expect to get Sebi’s approval in two to three days. We expect to list in seven to eight days,” Sushil Gupta, CMD of AHW told Financial Chronicle.
IL&FS India Realty Fund II, promoted by IL&FS Investment Managers, has bought a 36 per cent stake in the arm of Asian Hotels (West), Aria Hotels and Consultancy Services (AHCS) for Rs 80 crore. The arm would be developing an over 500-room hotel at the hospitality district of Delhi International Airport’s ‘Aerocity’ for Rs 700 crore.
